60 day Return

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

Please note that we are unable to process exchanges.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pellegrace.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

180 Day Refunds Guarantee

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee for any unopened product in its original packaging. For pre-shipment cancellations, a full refund is available if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made after this window but before shipment will incur a 5% processing fee. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. After we process it, it may still take some time for it to show up on your statement.

A:   Please note that due to health and hygiene considerations, products that have been opened, worn, or used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for authorization and instructions.

B:   Should you change your mind or realize there's an error in your order, please contact our customer service at support@pellegrace.com before your order is processed for shipment. We are happy to make adjustments or cancel it for you. (Please note that we are unable to modify any orders that have already been shipped.)

C:   If you receive a wrong or faulty item, here are two solutions to ensure a refund:
Refuse Delivery: You may simply refuse the package upon delivery. The carrier will mark it as 'Return to Sender' (RTS), and it will be sent back to us at no cost to you.

D:   If your order was not delivered or is missing, please contact our support team at support@pellegrace.com. We will investigate with the carrier and promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.

E:   Changed your mind? If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, please get in touch with our customer service team first at [email address]. We'll note your request and guide you through the process. Don't forget to enclose a note with your order number inside the return package. The return shipping fee will be the customer's responsibility.

F:   If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

G:   If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
