We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pellegrace.com. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. After we process it, it may still take some time for it to show up on your statement.
