Delivery Timeframes

The delivery process consists of two essential phases: processing time & shipping time.

Processing time:
We prepare each order through a 3-step process (verification, quality control, packaging) and dispatch items within 1-5 business days.

Shipping time:
Once dispatched, your package's travel time to reach you will vary according to the shipping option chosen and final delivery address.

Shipping methods and costs

All orders qualify for free shipping. While we utilize various carriers such as Wanb, YANWEN, and 4PX, specific carrier selection is not available.
Please note that shipments through YANWEN will be transferred to USPS or DHL for final delivery.

Order logistics status tracking

1. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of acceptance (on business days). During promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Note: Tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
3. You will also be able to track your order in your account.

Tax and duties

All shipping costs include taxes, and customers will not be charged any additional import duties.

However, if a package is selected for customs inspection, customers are required to cooperate with the inspection process. In the event of a product return, any applicable customs duties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
